Providing more convenient and efficient ways to run your business finances, our ACH origination services are available even if you do not currently have the necessary software. ACH files can be created and originated directly within our Business Online Banking features. ACH services include:

• ACH Direct Deposit Payroll: Conveniently pay your employees electronically. This reduces check fraud risk and reconciliation time. Save time and processing costs of payroll.
• ACH Collections: Account receivables are critical to your cash flow. Create loyal customers by providing a payment option which is convenient and reliable. Ideal for recurring consumer payments such as subscriptions, membership dues, rent, etc. 
• ACH Receipts and Payments: Provides your company the capability to make efficient and timely electronic payments to your vendors or suppliers with payment details included. You have the convenience for concentrating excess balances from your company owned accounts at other financial institutions or originate ACH debits with your trading partners to accelerate funds availability of your accounts receivables.

Protect your business against check fraud. Upload a data file of issued checks. If a check does not match, an email alert is sent notifying you for a pay or return decision. The data file is compared to all checks presented.

Providing your account security against unauthorized electronic debits or incorrect amounts. 

ACH Debit Filter: Prevents unauthorized, or fraudulent, electronic debits from being posted to your account. Debits that are not pre-authorized are blocked. An alert notification is sent to you for a pay or return decision.
